Audrey joined Performance Metals in March 2008. She handles all aspects of day to day accounting, purchasing, human resources and office management.

Audrey has over 20 years experience and has held positions in office management and accounting at several Pennsylvanian companies, including Kissinger Associates, Integra Business and Micro Integration, Inc.

Rae handles customer contact including shipping and accounts receivable.

She has experience in accounting functions with a wide variety of local companies and has an degree in accounting from PBI, Pottstown.

Valerie has been with SciCast since 1993, holding a variety of positions with the organization including administrative assistant, sales assistant, purchasing agent and customer account manager.

Currently, she coordinates production control, customer service and inside sales functions for the organization. She is a graduate of Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.

Steven M Calamia holds the position of CFO and VP of Finance. Steven rejoined the organization in May 2013.

He originally held the CFO position from January 2006 until April 2009. Prior to accepting his position with SciCast and Performance Metal Inc, he spent four years as the Controller for ADS/Transicoil, an aerospace manufacture and two years as Executive director of Facility Accounting for SMG, a private management company.

Prior to SMG he spent a combined total of 8 years as VP of finance and controller for the National Hockey League’s San Jose Sharks and Minnesota Wild along with the building management companies.

Calamia graduated from Temple University with a BA in Business Administration in 1988 and resides in East Norriton, PA.

Hank Leipert has been with SciCast since April 1994. From 1994 to February 1997, he served as President of the Company. As one of the two participants in the management buyout of SciCast, Hank assumed the duties of Chief Executive Officer after the successful purchase of the company in February 1997.

Before joining SciCast, Hank served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Automatic Products and President of Refreshment Machinery Industries (vending industry). He has also held executive positions in Blue Chip Products as Executive Director of its electrical production division (automotive aftermarket), and Drexelbrook Engineering as Manager of Operations (level controls).

Hank graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.
