Description:

Responsible for programming, editing, set-up and operation of CNC vertical milling machines, CNC lathe machine, and Swiss Screw Machine.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience with set-up and programming of CNC vertical milling machines, CNC lathe, and Swiss Machine a plus.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate minimum. Must be familiar with FANUC controls.

Description:

Responsible for ISO 9001:2015 implementation and certification. Reporting on the quality system and associated resources related to quality control. Responsible for product quality including documentation, calibration and final inspection of product prior to shipment to subcontractors or customers. Responsible for conducting audits of all ISO procedures to ensure compliance via Corrective/Preventative Action Request. Knowledge of CMM. Detail orientated.

Experience:

Minimum of (3) years in manufacturing environment along with familiarity with ISO standards. Knowledge of mechanical inspection equipment and blueprint reading preferred.

Qualifications:

Strong people skills, knowledge of quality control techniques and practices.
